Change your Monthly Plan

Your Monthly Plan affects your Company’s access to Envoice’s products and features. If you're the Administrator in your Company, you can change Envoice Monthly Plan at any time. 

  1. Sign in to Envoice. 
  2. Click the Settings and then click Subscriptions
  3. On Subscription summary window, find and click Manage Subscription
  4. Select suitable Monthly Plan for Extract, Expenses and Sales products.

5. click Confirm

Monitoring Your Usage and Costs 

You can monitor your Envoice Billing Account balance and  payments at any time. Here's how.

  1. Sign in to Envoice. 
  2. Click the Settings and then click Subscriptions
  3. Click Billing and choose the Billing Account you would like to monitor, Click view

On the Overview tab you can see estimated current balance, latest transactions and payment method.
Under Transactions tab you can see whole transactions history of the Billing Account.
